My background

Previously a JPM investment banker, attuned to the London real estate market for the last 20 years, I started this business as more and more friends were asking for help and advice.

Fee schedule

Upfront Retainer Fee: £ 2,000 Success Fee: 2.00% of purchase price (up to £ 2 Mio)

- deductible from success fees 1.75 % of purchase price (£ 2 to 5 Mio) - 6 months search period 1.50 % of purchase price (above £5 Mio)

All fees subject to 20% VAT
